Every single of our ten rooms has its own charm created by the carefully and individually arranged furniture. 

You can choose between:

• Room with balcony and sea view 
• Room with access to a large terrace with sea view 
• Room with an extra bed settee, a seperate entrance and private patio (recommended for 2 adultes) 

All rooms are non-smoking rooms and have queen-sized beds with mosquito nets, individually controlled air-conditioning, a minibar, an electric kettle, a radio, a flat screen tv (satellite & cable), well-equipped en-suite bathrooms with cosmetic mirrors and hair-dryers.

Room cleaning is done daily, bed linen and towels are changed regularly. 

For your comfort we do not accept pets. 

Our lounge offers an assortment of multi-lingual literature.

• Prices are per room based on double occupancy.
• Additional charge for an extra person is 35.00 EUR daily.
• Special prices for single occupation on request.
• Supplement for a one night stay is 20%.
• Long stay rates on request.
• Airport transfer can be arranged at a price of 13.00 EUR/oneway.
• Vat of 13% inclusive, tourist tax 1.40 EUR p.p./day is not inclusive.
• A rich breakfast buffet is not  inclusive in the price. The price for the breakfast is 12EUR per person/day.
• Breakfast is served from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m.
• Our rooms can be booked from april until october.
• A minimum stay of 2 nights is required in july and august.
• Please send us an e-mail or a fax with guest names, address, a phone number, arrival and departure dates, room type. and any further wishes.
• To confirm a reservation please send us your credit card details. Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
• We accept credit card payments.

In case of a cancellation:

• In case of a cancellation at least 7-2 days before arrival 50% of the agreed total will be debited.
• In case of a cancellation at least 1 day before arrival or no-show 100% of the agreed total will be debited.
